An international and preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm is seeking a marketing and communication manager for france to join it's EMEA marketing team.


To face the important development of the firm, the EMEA marketing team is growing and you will conceive and execute marketing and communications initiatives in France. Team members split their time between delivering local initiatives and working virtually with the broader EMEA and global teams.

The successful applicant will drive local marketing activities including, but not limited to, client events, PR, thought leadership, lead generation and digital marketing, internal communications and be a brand ambassador for the firm. He/she will contribute to EMEA marketing initiatives and work effectively as part of a matrix structure. He/she will have a keen interest in the brand, the business lines and develop strong relationships with local leadership and team and the broader international marketing community and business leaders. He/she will grow to understand the local business objectives and challenges and become a business partner for local leadership. The international nature of this position means that you must be willing to travel and that you must have an excellent command of English, if it is not your first language.

Profil recherché

To be a successful Marketer you will need good influencing and communication skills to work across a broad set of lines of business and industries. You will need a good understanding of digital, both in skills and knowledge and be willing to extend and expand these skills as necessary. You must be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. You will have an appetite for understanding the strategy of the firm in combination with a hands-on attitude. You will be working in an international environment in which you must think on your feet and be creative to make things happen.

You have:

  • a relevant marketing qualification – degree level or above (e.g. CIM)
  • a minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience, preferably in the professional services business and ideally in an international environment;
  • be fluent in French and English, spoken and in the written word;
  • knowledge of and experience with digital marketing techniques and social media, on both strategic and operational levels;
  • excellent communication skills and ability to deal with ambiguity;
  • commercial sense and an efficient and accurate attitude;
  • Ability to simultaneously and effectively manage diverse responsibilities, projects and assignments while maintaining a high level of quality. Experience with HR / talent management topics would be beneficial.
